Q: Do you help with closing costs?
A: Yes, if you use one of our preferred lenders, we will pay for all closing costs (excluding prepaid and prorated items) on a par loan.

Q: Do your preferred lenders offer 100% financing or participate in first-time homebuyer programs? How about VA or FHA products?
A: Yes to all!

Q: What is your “Walk-Through” policy?
A: Prior to closing on your home, you, along with the builder will walk through your house to make sure it has been competed to your satisfaction. We will not close if there are any open items!
